My name is Michael Rabinowitz. I am a shareholder at Banker Lopez Gassler, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. I have spent over then years representing employers and their insurance carriers in Florida workers’ compensation matters, from loss prevention to litigation. I am AV rated by Martindale Hubbel. I am known as a quick thinker and someone who understands the intricacies of workers’ compensation insurance law. The gamut of my experience includes permanent total claims, Medicare Set Aside issues, and coverage issues involving the construction industry.
